Managed the full endpoint lifecycle across a fleet of 600+ devices using MECM, overseeing application deployment, Windows patching, and software updates while administering identity and access management across AD, Entra ID, and Intune. Implemented RBAC and Group Policy to enforce consistent security and compliance standards, and developed PowerShell scripts to automate user offboarding, stale device remediation, and reporting, significantly reducing manual administrative overhead. In addition to day-to-day operations, provided 24/7 on-call support for an emergency services team, ensuring critical system availability and rapid incident resolution in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
